Wallet Funds Cannot Be Withdrawn

Funds added to a TeeLink Wallet are intended for use at the facility where the wallet was funded.

Wallet funds can be added and spent, but they cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Customers cannot:

• Transfer wallet funds back to their bank account.
• Withdraw wallet funds as cash.
• Transfer wallet balances between TeeLink facilities.
• Move wallet funds from one customer’s account to another unless specifically supported by the facility.
• Use one facility’s wallet balance at another facility.

Customers should verify the facility and reload amount carefully before confirming a wallet reload.
