How to Reload Your Wallet

Customers can reload their wallet through the TeeLink app using a saved payment card.

Before You Begin

Make sure that:

  • You are signed in to the correct TeeLink account.
  • You have selected the correct facility.
  • A valid payment card has been saved for that facility.
  • The saved card has not expired.
  • You have sufficient available funds or credit on the payment method.

Reloading Your Wallet

  1. Open the TeeLink app.
  2. Select the facility where you want to add wallet funds.
  3. Navigate to the Wallet section.
  4. Review your current wallet balance.
  5. Select Reload Wallet, Add Funds, or the applicable reload option.
  6. Choose or enter the amount you want to add.
  7. Select your saved payment card.
  8. Review the reload amount and any applicable promotions.
  9. Confirm the transaction.
  10. Wait for the reload to complete.
  11. Verify that the updated wallet balance appears in the app.

Once the reload is successfully processed, the new funds will be added to the wallet for that facility.
