Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

For account security:

Do not share your password with others.
Do not send your password through email or support requests.
Use a unique password for your TeeLink account.
Keep access to your email account secure.
Sign out when using a shared device.
Contact the facility if you notice unexpected changes or activity on your account.

TeeLink staff should never need to know a customer’s existing password.
